DIRECTIONS: Coming from I-5, take exit 230 (Cook Rd.); go east. Cook Rd. will connect to Hwy. 20; continue east on Hwy. 20 toward Lyman. Just past mile marker 70 turn right on Hoehn Rd. Go 2 blocks and turn left on Utopia Rd. Our farm is the 2nd driveway on the right; follow the “Farm Store Open” signs.

Located on the beautiful Skagit River, you can visit our Farm Store on Saturdays (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) year-round. You can see a sustainable family farm with animals that are humanely and ethically raised using no chemicals and no antibiotics.
