INFORMATION: The Skagit Valley Food Co-op in downtown Mount Vernon is a co-operative natural foods market, providing fresh local and organic produce and wholesome dry goods and groceries to community members since 1973. The Co-op’s award-winning Deli offers a seating area, bakery, salad, soup, and hot entrees bar, sandwiches, handmade ice cream, an organic juice and coffee bar, as well as healthy delicious pre-packaged foods, both savory and sweet. The Skagit Co-op works with a variety of local farmers and suppliers to offer fresh, local, delicious organic produce in season. The Skagit Valley Food Co-op welcomes the community at-large, with membership benefits, free workshops, and opportunities to connect to community resources.
